The National Erasmus+ Office team took part in the NEO-ICP-ENFP meeting, the annual global gathering of Erasmus+ networks, held in Brussels on 26 and 27 January 2026. This key international event brought together International Contact Points (ICPs) from National Agencies , National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs), and National Erasmus+ Focal Points (ENFPs) from Europe and partner countries worldwide. The meeting provided a strategic space for dialogue and coordination on the international dimension of Erasmus+, from both European and non-European perspectives.
The event focused on strengthening cooperation among the different actors involved in the programme and on exchanging experiences related to ongoing projects and international mobility. Discussions covered the management of student and staff mobility, the wider impact of mobility on institutions and societies, and the interaction between Erasmus+ and other international mobility frameworks.
Particular attention was given to recent policy developments affecting Erasmus+, global trends in international mobility, and the future orientations of the programme. Dedicated sessions for National Erasmus+ Offices offered an opportunity to reflect on perspectives beyond 2026, strengthen cooperation within and across regions, improve grant management and reporting practices, and further enhance communication strategies for the promotion of Erasmus+ actions at national level.
