The National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in Algeria, in collaboration with Tissemsilt University, organized two enriching Erasmus+ Info Days on 7–8 December 2025. The event brought together students, researchers, academic staff, and project holders for two days dedicated to mobility opportunities, international cooperation, and project development within the Erasmus+ programme.
Throughout the event, participants engaged in a series of thematic sessions focusing on individual opportunities, including Erasmus+ mobility schemes for students and staff, Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programs, MSCA and COST research opportunities and EURAXESS services. These sessions offered practical guidance on application procedures, eligibility requirements, and how to maximize participation in European funding opportunities.
A dedicated workshop was also held for project holders and institutional representatives, providing tailored support on the preparation, implementation, and management of Erasmus+ cooperation projects. The exchange fostered valuable dialogue on best practices, common challenges, and strategic approaches to strengthen the internationalization of Algerian higher education institutions.
The Info Days were held in the presence of members of the National Erasmus+ Office and Professor Benhachenhou Abdelhalim, national expert on project implementation, whose contribution enriched the discussions and ensured alignment with national and institutional priorities.
