Erasmus+ national coordinator Pr. Mohamed Boudour, and Algerian Higher Education reform Expert Pr. Negadi Latifa represented Algeria at the HERE Annual Conference on “Higher Education Policy Reform for Impact,” hosted by the University of Barcelona in Spain from December 4th to 5th, 2023. The conference focused on two main objectives: discussing new strategies and innovations in higher education and delving into the preliminary results of the study on “Green Universities,” with a subsequent plan for the work of national expert teams in 2024. This gathering served as a valuable platform for sharing ideas, fostering connections, and laying the groundwork for positive changes in higher education policies.
