From 15 to 16 June 2023, Algeria marked its presence at the HERE Study Visit at UCLouvain in Louvain-la-Neuve through its representatives, Prof. Hamdi Rachid, a Higher Education Reform Expert (HERE), and Pr. Mohamed Boudour, the NEO coordinator. The event focused on “Learning and Teaching: Innovation, Digitalisation, and International Collaboration.” With their active participation, both Prof. Rachid and Pr. Boudour underscored the importance of integrating contemporary educational methodologies and the essence of nurturing international academic collaborations.
