On September 19-20, an online gathering for the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) network took place. Representatives from the National Erasmus+ Office in Algeria, along with HERE experts, actively participated in this online event. The meeting aimed to elucidate the responsibilities of HERE experts and to introduce the resources, opportunities, and support structures offered by the SPHERE (Support to Higher Education Reform Experts) initiative. Throughout the sessions, attendees engaged in focused working groups, deliberating on annual work agendas, current challenges, potential solutions, and sharing best practices.n
