As part of efforts to strengthen academic partnerships and foster university entrepreneurship, the National Erasmus+ Office, in collaboration with the National Coordination Committee for International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programs and the National Coordination Committee for University Innovation and Entrepreneurship, organized a training webinar on Integrating Universities into International Programs on March 25, 2025
The National Erasmus+ Coordinator, Prof. Mohamed Boudour, led the training, providing an overview of Erasmus+ opportunities available for Algerian universities. He highlighted the role of Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects in fostering university-based entrepreneurship and innovation, emphasizing their impact on institutional development and international collaboration.
A key highlight of the workshop was the practical session on the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges call for proposals, which provided participants with guidance on how to engage in virtual mobility programs and leverage digital platforms for international collaboration. This Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange program aims to expand global networking opportunities and help institutions integrate virtual courses into their academic frameworks, fostering innovative and inclusive international learning experiences.
Building on this session, the webinar will soon be followed by a regional training workshop focused on project implementation, equipping institutions with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively manage and execute Erasmus+ projects.
